Powers of Attorney

What is a Power of Attorney?

A Power of Attorney is a  document in which you appoint someone you trust to deal with matters for you in the future where, eg, you have become ill or frail and unable or disinclined to deal with certain matters for yourself, or if you become incapacitated mentally or physically.

Whilst most people are aware of the importance of making a Will, we believe that, in general, there is insufficient prominence given in the public domain to the importance of making a Power of Attorney. There are different types and ways of granting a Power of Attorney, contact us now to discuss further.
